GEISHA

The Geisha Warrior represents strong femininity. Utilizing white only materials and non-fabric textiles as my project constraints. I utilized plastic material, pvc pipes, wooden “chips” and paper “crinkle.” I wanted to represent strong femininity without compromising sexuality or sensuality. Shown here, my model is strong, yet feminine. The final look represents past and present attributes of a modern-day geisha and women while embodying the spirit of a samurai.
